• Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. • Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa. • Cook for a minute or until you see bubbles forming on the surface. • Flip the paratha and apply some oil or ghee on the cooked side. • Flip again and apply oil or ghee on the other side. • Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy. • Repeat with the remaining dough balls and filling.5.
